Keyboard Shortcuts Cheat Sheet
Open Publisher includes a variety of keyboard shortcuts designed to speed up your desktop publishing workflow. Mastering these hotkeys will help you navigate the canvas, manage your files, and manipulate design elements without constantly reaching for the ribbon.

Text Formatting
All of these shortcuts are guarded so they only activate when you are actively editing inside a text box, preventing interference with canvas-level interactions.
