Open Publisher V5 introduces the Presentation Preview window: a standalone, tearaway preview canvas that mirrors your publication in real time.

The Presentation Preview runs as an independent window powered by a high-speed DOM cloning pipeline. As you type, resize images, or adjust layout geometry on your editor canvas, the presentation window updates seamlessly within milliseconds:
Zero Artifacts: Selection handles, margin guide lines, grid snapping points, and cursor boxes are completely filtered out, giving your audience a flawless print-fidelity view.
Multi-Monitor Workflow: Move the Presentation Preview to an external projector, conference TV, or secondary display while keeping all your Ribbon tools on your laptop screen.
Dynamic Theme Sync: The preview window automatically synchronizes its ambient backdrop to match your active Open Publisher theme palette.
Presentation Controls
The preview window includes touch- and mouse-friendly controls designed for smooth presentations:
Page Navigation Strip: A sleek bottom thumbnail strip allows instant jumping between pages during a walkthrough.
Zoom Presets: Quickly scale pages between Fit, 50%, 75%, 100%, 150%, and 200%, or use smooth mouse-wheel zooming.
Fullscreen Toggle: Press F11 inside the preview window to engage full-monitor presentation mode, or press Esc to exit.
Note: Clicking the Presentation Preview button when the window is already open automatically focuses the existing window rather than spawning duplicates.
