Open Publisher features refreshed, high-definition local PNG icons for Legacy WordArt, Beta WordArt, and Templates across the application ribbon and context menus. These assets are bundled directly in the local project directory (ui/icons/), removing external remote CDN dependencies and ensuring instant rendering with zero network latency and complete offline functionality in PWA mode.

Offline Durability: By replacing remote image URLs with local high-resolution assets, icons render immediately on application boot, with zero flickering, zero external tracking, and full durability even when working disconnected from the internet.
