Navigating the Wizard
You have complete control over how you explore the onboarding tour:
Interactive Stepper Pills: Click any of the eight numbered glowing teal pills at the bottom of the card to jump straight to that specific topic.
Keyboard Navigation: Use your keyboard's ← (Left Arrow) and → (Right Arrow) keys to smoothly glide between slides, or press Esc to skip the wizard.
Interactive Theme Swatches: On Slide 6, click the live color buttons (such as Classic Teal, Dark Mode, Ocean Blue, or Sunset Orange) to see the frame border and backdrop dynamically react in real time.
Relaunching the Tour: If you ever want to revisit the onboarding tour later, you can summon it anytime by starting the application with the --firstrun command-line flag.

The Adaptive V5 Startup Screen
Every time you open the Open Publisher V5 desktop client, an intelligent, high-resolution startup splash screen coordinates the launch sequence behind the scenes:
Adaptive Dual-Theme Appearance: The splash screen automatically respects your preferred aesthetic. If you work in standard daylight themes, it presents an elevated teal radial gradient; if you prefer working late at night, it automatically boots in a deep pro-studio slate dark mode.
Dynamic Operating System Detection: The splash screen actively inspects your host system and dynamically labels itself (such as OpenPublisher V5 Windows Edition, Mac Edition, Linux Edition, or FreeBSD Edition). It illuminates your operating system icon with a glowing teal halo in the platform bar.
Live Milestone Tracking: Instead of a static waiting wheel, a continuous mint-white progress pill displays real-time startup milestones (such as Initializing workspace..., Loading publishing engine..., and Preparing canvas...), giving you complete visibility as your document studio springs to life.
Note: All startup typography and vector branding assets are bundled entirely offline inside the desktop client package. This guarantees instant, crisp rendering on high-DPI displays without any flickering or reliance on an internet connection.
